和谐社会视阈中“知识失业”问题研究

Analysis of "Educated Unemployment" in a Harmonious Society

随着近年来高校扩招,毕业生数量有很大增加,许多大学毕业生找不到工作,导致我国人才市场出现了"知识失业"现象。对此,应采取深化教育模式改革、改善社会就业环境、开展就业服务活动、引导学生树立正确就业观念等应对措施。

With the expansion of college enrollment in recent years and the rapid increasing in university graduates,many of whom can hardly find jobs after graduation,the problem of ＂educated unemployment＂ has been caused in the national personnel market.Therefore,some countermeasures should be taken.It is suggested that the reform in instructional mode should be further and the environment should be created for greater employment of the society with the provision of services for employment,under the help of which students can have reasonable understanding of their employment.
