摘要
刘家峡水电站发电引水系统的引水钢管、钢衬和工作门槽经过多年的运行发现有不同程度的损坏, 如钢衬失稳、工作门主轨变形、钢管与混凝土之间脱空等。检查其原因有: 设计方面, 如外水压力考虑欠妥; 施工方面, 混凝土振捣不实局部有蜂窝现象, 钢衬与混凝土粘接不良; 管理方面, 平常检查不细, 多是宏观性质的检查, 发现不了事故预兆等。对损坏部位的修复采取了挖除不合格混凝土、增设抗剪锚栓、化学灌浆、环氧砂浆封堵裂缝等措施, 取得了良好的效果。
After the operation for many years ,it is discovered that the diversion steel pipe ,steel liner and working gate slot of the diversionsystem of Liujiaxia Hydropower Station have been damaged to a certain extent , such as instability of steel liner ,the deformation of the maintrack of working gate ,the disjunction between steel pipe and concrete ,etc . The main reasons are as follows . In the aspect of design ,the ex ternal water pressure is not properly considered . In the aspect of construction ,the vibration of concrete in inadequate so that some honeycom bsexist in some local positions and the cohesion between the steel liner and concrete is poor . In the aspect of management ,the ordinary checkson dam safety are not careful and most of them are in macro check so that the omen of accident could not be discovered . The following mea sures have been taken to repair the damaged positions , such as the excavation of the unqualified concrete , the installation of shear anchorbolt ,the adoption of chemical grouting and epoxy slurry to block cracks , etc . All these measures have gained good effectiveness .through thetreatment of accidents , some useful experience fron the aspects of design ,construction and management should be sum med up and used in thesimilar projects for reference .
