摘要
通过高炉喷吹煤粉中添加一定比例除尘灰的试验发现,随着煤粉中除尘灰含量的增加,灰分含量(Ad)明显增加,挥发份(Vdaf)略有减少,固定碳含量(FCad)也呈减少趋势;煤粉的灰熔点总体呈升高趋势,煤粉的发热量明显降低;煤粉的燃烧速度明显加快;除尘灰中的Fe得以顺利回收。从而实现了除尘灰更有效地回收和利用,为高炉节能减排开辟一条新的途径。
Research on adding a percentage of dedusting ash to the coal powder in blast furnace shows ash content increase rapidly,Vdaf and fixed carbon content decrease slightly when adding more dedusting ash;melting point of coal powder rise and calorific capacity of coal powder decrease sharply;burning rate of coal powder speed up obviously;Fe in the dedusting ash can recover smoothly,which can recover and utilize dedusting ash effectively,open up a new way on energy saving and emission reduction in blast furnace.
