摘要
利用两段炉冷煤气站下段煤气显热蒸发煤气站废水,将废水蒸汽作为汽化剂通入煤气炉底部,达到废水无害化处理。通过废水量、热平衡计算,证明该工艺技术可行。该工艺有效实现了煤气发生站的节能与减排,符合国家当前提倡低碳经济的要求,具有较为显著的经济与环保效益。
Wastewater from the gasifier can be heated by the sensible heat energy of down-stage gas.Then the vapor delivered to the bottle of the gasifier runs out,as the centralized disposal of the waste containing the hydroxybenzene and cyanogens.It proves that the technology is technically feasible,according to the water and heat balance calculation.This technique complying with the State requirements on low-carbon economy,tasks with ensuring that gas station meets energy consumption and pollution reduction targets;and it achieves remarkable economic and environmental results.
