摘要
根据二级圆柱齿轮减速器设计的一般原则,在一定承载能力下,使减速器具有最小的外形尺寸和重量,建立了二级圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计模型,并采用Visual Basic 6.0进行了编程计算。程序运行结果表明,该方法可以很好地对二级齿轮减速器进行优化设计,具有一定的实际应用价值。
This paper builds the multiple-objective optimization design model of the secondary cylindrical gear reducer,takes the programming experiment by Visual Basic 6.0.It has the smallest shape size and weight in the condition of certain capacity,according to the general principles of secondary cylindrical gear reducer design.Program operation results show that the model and method can provide very good optimization design for secondary gear reducer,has practical application value.
