Job burnout is one of the important research fields of psychological research at home and aboard.College counselors are prone to get burnout when deal with repetitive and complicated tasks everyday.Based on the psychological factors that result in college counselor burnout,this paper analyzes the major causes and manifestation of burnout,and tries to put forward possible ways to overcome burnout.
