总结了西方社会性别歧视现象在英语语言中词缀、职业词汇、称谓、词义褒贬等四个方面上的表现,并分析了该现象的宗教原因和历史社会原因,强调了研究该现象对教学及学习的帮助。

In this thesis,the phenomena of western sexual discrimination reflected in English language are summarized from four aspects： affix,professional vocabulary,appellation and emotion of the vocabulary,two reasons caused sexual discrimination are analyzed as well： religious reason and historical and social reason,and the effect of researching sexual discrimination on teaching and learning is emphasized.
