摘要
通过调查发现,河南省参与户外运动的人群健康状况良好,多为年轻人,男女比例约为4:3。收入在2000元左右并成立家庭的居多。放松心情、强身健体、亲近自然是他们的主要目的。会员参加户外运动受伤情况较轻。但是,他们接受户外运动的培训较少,应引起足够的重视。
The paper finds that many young people take part in the outdoor sports and the ratio of male to female is 4 to 3.The main aim of them taking part in the outdoor sports are to relax them,approach nature.But they should receive more outdoor sports training.
