Scientific Orientation Relationship between Culture and Tourism——Discussion on Tourism Cultural Strategy and Guilin Reform of Tourism

中共桂林市委三届六次会议和经济工作会议提出的"文化立市、旅游兴市"战略,明确了桂林文化与旅游的科学定位,破解了桂林旅游发展中的诸多难题,体现了市委政府的高瞻远瞩和深谋远虑,同时也显示出桂林在发展观上的根本性转变,为建设桂林国家旅游综合改革试验区奠定了坚实的基础。

The strategy of ＂building up the city with Culture＂ and ＂developing the city with tourism＂ was proposed by the third of six meetings of Guilin Municipal CPC and Economic Work Conference.The strategy cleared scientific orientation between culture and tourism of Guilin,cracked many problems in Guilin tourism,reflected vision and foresight of the municipal government＇s.At the same time,it also showed fundamental change on the concept of development of Guilin and laid a solid foundation for Guilin to build a national comprehensive reform pilot area.
