摘要
基层党组织和广大党员在创先争优中要带头贯彻实施"十二五"规划,而且要推动广大人民群众贯彻实施"十二五"规划,只有这样才能实现党的建设与党的事业紧密结合、相互促进。在创先争优中贯彻实施"十二五"规划必须加强对"十二五"规划的学习宣传,坚持以科学发展为主题,努力维护、实现、发展人民群众根本利益,在促进社会和谐方面多作贡献。
Grassroots party organizations and party members should not only take the leading role but also promote the masses in implementation of the ＂Twelve-Five＂ plan,only his can achieve the party＇s construction and work closely integrated and mutually reinforcing.In the implementation,we should strengthen study of ＂Twelve-Five ＂ Plan,adhere to the theme of scientific development,strive to maintain,achieve and develop the fundamental interests of the people,contribute more in promoting social harmony.
