摘要
目的:综述痴呆患者照顾者的生活质量及其影响因素。方法:通过查阅大量的文献,从目前对痴呆患者的居家照顾形式中,照顾者的生活质量对痴呆患者的生活质量产生影响的角度,综述生活质量测评工具和痴呆患者照顾者的生活质量评定及影响因素的研究进展。结果:我国痴呆患者照顾者的生活质量较低,应利用各种资源,建立社会支持系统,加强照顾者之间的联系,实施健康教育,综合干预措施来提高照顾者的生活质量。结论:应通过干预提高照顾者生活质量的因素,提高痴呆患者的生活质量,延缓病情发展,节约医疗资源。
Objectives： To summarize the quality of life and its affecting factors of dementia patients＇ caregivers.Methods： Based on the related literatures,since most of the dementia patients are cared at home and the caregivers＇ quality of life could influence the patients＇ quality of life,the paper summarizes the measuring instruments of quality of life,the quality of life and its affecting factors of dementia patients＇ caregivers.Results： The caregivers＇ quality of life is low,we should increase the caregivers＇ quality of life through using kinds of resources,establishing social support system for them,strengthening the contact among them,practicing the health education.Conclusion： Integrative intervention should be implemented to not only increase the caregivers＇ quality of life but also the patients＇ quality of life,delay progression of dementia and save the medical resources in the end.
