摘要
目的:了解大理学院医药类在校大学生考试焦虑现状。方法:采用中文版Sarason考试焦虑量表(Test Anxiety Scale,TAS)对422名在校大学生进行调查。结果:高度焦虑者占35.07%;感受到有考试不适感的占55.69%;无考试焦虑的仅占4.94%;性别和民族在考试焦虑中差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高度考试焦虑以大学二年级学生比例最高。结论:大理学院医药类学生考试焦虑程度严重,尤其是大学二年级学生群体。需在全面进行健康教育的基础上,针对重点群体进行考试心理辅导。
Objective: To explore the status quo of test anxiety for medical students in Dali university.Methods: The Test Anxiety Scale in Chinese was used to test 422 medical students.Results: 35.07% students had severe anxiety;55.69% felt uncomfortable with test;4.94% had no test anxiety.The test anxiety were significantly different(P0.01) in nationality and sex.And it was most serious in sophomore.Conclusion:Test anxiety of medical students was so serious,especially in sophomore,that we should take some measures of mental health education to reduce it.
