摘要
集散式热处理电阻炉温度控制系统利用一台计算机控制多台热处理炉,达到集散型的炉温控制效果.控制系统的核心设计包括了系统的整体设计思想、下位机硬、软件实现以及上位机软件模块的设置.实验表明,系统可以达到良好的控制效果,具有一定的实用价值.
The structure and working principles of total distributed intelligent temperature control system are distributed.The system uses one computer to control multiple heat treatment furnaces in order to achieve the effect of total distributed temperature control.The system focuses on the hardware design of lower computer,the software implementation of lower computer and the function module＇s setting of upper computer.The experiment has shown that this system can get satisfactory control performance with practical value.
