广州BRT彩色沥青混合料路用性能评价

Evaluation on the road property of colored asphalt mixture of Guangzhou BRT

彩色沥青作为新型路用材料,近年来在我国得到了广泛的应用,但目前国家还没有制定这方面相应的规范标准。实验通过在高温状态下将明色沥青、色粉、集料强制拌和的方法制备沥青混合料;采用JTGF40-2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》中关于"道路石油沥青技术要求"和"密级配沥青混凝土混合料技术要求"的相关规定进行评价,同时与A-70沥青和沥青混合料进行对比来研究彩色沥青混合料的性能。彩色沥青针入度较低,不能满足规范要求,认为不能用普通道路石油沥青的标准来评价;车辙稳定度较低,可以考虑在这方面改进。

As a new road material,Colored asphalt mixture has been widely used in recent years throughout China.However,up to date there is not any appropriate technological specifications.Experiment by mixing the clear colored asphalt,pigments and aggregate under high temperature has been conducted.The technological specifications for road bitumen and Dense-graded bituminous mixtures in ＂Technological specifications for construction of highway asphalt pavements＂ has bee adopted to evaluate the road property of colorable mixture.Comparisons with A-70 asphalt has been executed.It has found that the penetration degree of colored binder fail to meet the bitumen technical requirement.In my opinion,the technological specifications are not suitable for evaluation the colored binder.The dynamic stability of colored mixtures seems to be quite low,which can be improved.
