摘要
主要对污泥的干燥性质、污泥在干燥过程中所发生的胶粘性的变化作了机理性的研究,在此基础了提出了一些对污泥干燥过程中胶粘性的特点,并对如何解决和避免胶粘性提出了建议;针对污泥这种含水量大、粘性大的特殊物料的干燥,选用普通回转圆筒进行干燥,对干燥后物料、干燥过程粘性的变化等作了分析,并在此基础上了对设备进行了改造,使之能够解决和避免在回转圆筒干燥机中干燥污泥产生的胶粘性问题,主要的改造是在回转圆筒的进料端加上了自清理装置,以及横贯圆筒中心的打散装置,以此产生了新的回转圆筒设备——带自清理的打散回转圆筒干燥机,并且作了工业模拟试验。
This article introducts the mechanism study in sludge drying character,sludge stickiness changing in drying process.On this basis,it brings characters of sludge stickness during drying process and suggestions about how to settle and avoid stickiness.Aiming at the special material -sludge with high water content,serious stickiness,we choose common rotary drier and analyze the change in sludge stickness during drying process and materials after drying.On this basis,we rebuild rotary equipment,make this equipment solve and avoid stickiness in sludge drying process in rotary drier.The main rebuilding is added self-clearing device feeding part,and the scatter device throughout the center of the rotary.A new rotary drum equipment comes into being----self-clearingScatter rotary drier.Also we did industry model test.
