摘要
结合国外高校大学生科技创新团队的发展历程,分析了国内大学生课外科技创新团队的发展现状,认为国内大学生课外科技创新团队的构建还处于探索阶段,同时,存在教育辅导资源明显不足、"产学研"脱节现象突出等问题。从创新团队的构建途径、教学平台设计、团队培养途径、教学组织形式等方面进行了研究,构建了各个阶段综合配套、渐进式的大学生课外科技创新团队的新型培养体系。
Combining the status quo of innovation team on extracurricular technological activity for college students,it is considered that the construction of college students＇ extracurricular technical innovation team is still at the exploration stage.Meanwhile,some problems still exist,such as the deficiency of education assisting resources and the disjoint of production,learning and research.The comprehensive reform is carried out on the construction of innovation team,design of teaching platform,cultivation approach of team and organization pattern of teaching.A new gradual cultivation system of innovation team for college students is built.
