华能金陵电厂百万机组的节能实践

摘要 本文介绍了华能金陵百万超超临界机组设计、招标、基建施工过程中采取的一系列节能减排措施,并对这些节能措施实施效果进行了评估,首台机组投产后TPRI的性能试验结果表明:金陵#1燃煤机组的主要经济指标在国内已投产的百万机组中处于领先地位。本文在借鉴已投运的玉环电厂、海门电厂基建及运行经验的同时对金陵燃煤机组的下一步节能降耗工作进行了展望,并提出了的节能改造设想。 This article introduced a series of energy reduction measures during the procedures of the design,tendering and infrastructure construction of the 1000MW Ultra-Supercritical Units of Hua Neng Jinling power plant,evaluated the implementation effect of these measures.The TPRI performance testing result after the first units launching showed that the main economic indicators of Jinling #1 Fuel Units took a leading position in launched domestic 1000MW Ultra-Supercritical Units.This article took examples from launched Yuhuan Power Plant and Haimen Power Plant in infrastructure construction and operation.At the same time,it looked into the future of the next energy conservation and consumption reduction work of Jinling #1 Fuel Units,and put forward the idea of energy conservation and reconstruction.
