摘要
建设单位在工程建设中,可以采用设计估算、限额设计管理、完善招标投标制度、加强跟踪监控等措施实现对工程建设全过程投入资金及工程造价的控制,以达到用最节省的资金获得最佳效益的基本建设目的。
The construction unit in project construction can used to design and estimating,and to perfect the quota bidding system,and to strengthen the monitoring tracking technology to control construction funds and the whole project cost,in order to achieve the best benefit of saving money of basic construction purposes.
