社会工作在中国的发展经历了两个阶段,两阶段间因文化大革命而出现断层,致使其目前的发展水平较低,特别是在实务方面,几乎还没有发展。对于社会工作专业学生的培养,理论体系上基本照搬西方,在这样的理论指导下的实务面临着种种本土化的问题。本文将基于一个详细个案工作经历之上,浅析中国个案工作的本土化问题。

The development of social work in China has gone through two stages,which was interrupted by the Culture Revolution.Because of this,the present level of Chinese social work remains low especially in practice which is nearly under developing.The cultivation of the professional students focuses on the system of the west theory,but under this conduction there are all kinds of localization problems.Based on the detailed case work experience,this essay discusses the naturalization of social work in China.
