本文从余淑芬生平、特教思想及其渊源、教育观、学生观等方面,对贵州特教的开拓者、贵阳盲聋哑学校的主要创始人余淑芬女士在贵阳的聋哑教育实践进行研究,肯定了她对贵州特殊教育的开拓和发展所作出的重要贡献。

Starting from the account of the life,special education thought and origin,viewpoint of education and students,this article studies the deaf-mute education practice of Mss Yu Shufen,who is the main founder of Guiyang Deaf-mute School and the pioneer of Guizhou special education,affirming her outstanding contributions to the development of Guizhou special education.
