in order to adapt the development of computer network technology and characteristic of modern vocational education,the paper discusses experiment training innovation of network device and technology course,based on several years teaching experience.The paper systemly expatiates and valuably explores the following three aspects-construction of experiment training environmental,content designation of teaching and teaching material,organization and management of teaching,all of these can be use for reference to characterizing of experiment training in vocational academy and boost up vocation adaptability of graduates.
