自主学习中心(SAC)是实践自主学习理论的重要途径。本文围绕学生、环境和资源等三个构成SAC的关键要素,从学生是SAC的主体,学习是SAC的主要任务,教师是SAC的建设者、指导者和组织者等三个方面,阐述了自主学习中心的建设原则,为澄清语言自主学习中心的建设误区,促进自主学习提出了指导思路。

Self-access Language Learning Centre（SAC） is essential to promote the learner＇s autonomous ability.Three factors like student,environment and learning resources all play a key role in constructing a SAC.By elaborating the functions of these factors,the paper concludes the principles of constructing a SAC.
