随着高等职业教育规模的不断扩大,办学规模与办学质量之间的矛盾日益突出。如何抓住影响教学质量的关键因素,确保教学质量不断提高,已成为高职院校持续发展的关键问题。本文从教学质量保障的角度,分析了新加坡南洋理工学院有效的教师能力提升、"双轨制"课程体系及项目课程开发、"教学工厂"模式实施等关键措施和经验,并对我国高职院校如何保障教学质量提出了建议。
