摘要
肝移植受者术后出现精神心理异常可能是生物-心理-社会等综合因素影响下引起的中枢神经系统功能紊乱,影响肝移植受者生存质量并降低移植成功率。本文综述了肝移植受者并发精神心理异常的原因、症状识别和防治策略,期望有助于肝移植受者并发精神心理异常的早期识别和干预,以改善受者预后。
Psychological abnormalities of patients following liver transplantation, which may be related to the central nervous system disorders caused by biological-psychological-social influences, have adverse effects on patient survival and consequently decrease the successful rate of transplantation. This paper reviewed the causes, symptom recognition, and treatment strategies for psychonosema of liver transplant patients, in an attempt to provide evidence for early diagnosis and treatment of psychonosema following liver transplantation.
