摘要
通过对薄膜烧结电磁线生产过程中自动控制技术的研究与应用,即对在线连续耐压检测仪、高频恒温恒压装置、恒张力控制器的原理分析、研究及应用,进一步验证自动控制技术对电磁线产品质量包括表面质量、性能及质量稳定性的提高有很大影响。
Through research on application of automatic control technology in production process of copper winding wire,which includes principal analysis and research of continuous on-line pressure withstand detector,high-frequency and constant-temperature constant-pressure device and constant-tension controller,it is proved that automatic control technique can have a great effect on improving the surface quality,property and quality stability of magnet wire product.
