摘要
为掌握广西猪传染性萎缩性鼻炎(AR)发病情况、猪支气管败血波氏杆菌(Bb)流行血清型及耐药情况,分别从广西南宁、上林、贵港、武鸣等地4个规模化猪场和1个屠宰场采集到247份猪鼻腔分泌物样品,径常规细菌分离获得57株Bb可疑菌株,以生理生化试验和PCR鉴定等方法对可疑菌株进行鉴定,并根据O、K抗血清凝集试验进行分型。结果表明,57株可疑菌株均确定为Bb,其中6株为I相Bb、14株为II相Bb、37株为III相Bb,且I相Bb毒力较II相、III相Bb毒力强;药敏试验结果表明,大多数Bb对复方新诺明、阿米卡星、新霉素、庆大霉素和环丙沙星等高度敏感,对阿莫西林、青霉素、痢特灵、氨苄青霉素、呋喃妥因、头孢氨苄、林可霉素、头孢噻吩、恩诺沙星、万古霉素和利福平等不敏感。
The present experiment was conducted to investigate the occurrence of swine infections (atrophic rhinitis) in Guangxi, and to identify the serotype of Bordetella bronchiseptica (Bb) and its tolerance to various antibiotics. Two hundred and fourty-seven secretory samples of swine nasal cavity were collected from four pig farms and one slaughterhouse from Nanning, Shanglin, Guigang and Wuming, etc. in Guangxi. Out of 247 samples, 57 suspicious strains of Bb were isolated by using conventional bacterial isolation method. The physiological and chemical tests, PCR identification, and O and K anti-sera agglutination tests proved that all 57 strains belongs to Bb, of which, 6, 14 and 37 strains were of I, II and III types, respectively. Further, it was observed that the virulence of Bb in I type strain was stronger than other two types. The drug sensitivity test revealed the sensitivity of most of Bb strains was highly to sinomin compositea, amikacin, neomycin, gentamicin, ciprofloxacin, while they did not showed sensitivity to amoxicillin, penicillin, furazolidone, penbritin, furadantin, cefalexin, lincomycin, cefoxitin, enrofloxacin vancomycin and rifampicin, etc.
