摘要
本文在对城乡建设用地增减挂钩的背景、内涵进行分析的基础上,对临沂市增减挂钩的实践模式进行了总结,分析了运作过程中的分离均衡,并对金融机构创新融资方式,支持城乡建设用地增减挂钩的情况进行了分析、研究,指出当前运作中的局限性并提出相关政策建议,以期对后续工作有所借鉴。
This paper summarizes the practical modes and analyses the separating equilibrium link the increase and decrease of the land for construction use in both urban and rural areas.Firstly analyses the case of Linyi city,on the basis of background and content analysis of link the increase and decrease of the land for construction use in both urban and rural areas.Secondly,researches the financial institutions innovative financing mode to achieve the financial support harmony with link the increase and decrease of the eland for construction use in both urban and rural areas.Finally,pointes out the current limitations of link the increase and decrease of the land for construction use in both urban and rural areas and pointes out the related suggestions which provides the follow-up ideas and learn to future practice.
