摘要
运用文献资料法、调查法对参加体育锻炼的女大学生心理健康影响因素及心理机能方面的变化进行了研究和分析。结果表明:体育锻炼是促进女生心理健康发展的有效手段,对心理健康的影响主要体现在情感调控、自我完善、社会适应、意志努力等方面。
By using the methods of documentation and questionnaires,this paper researches on the factors influencing female college students' mental health and the changes of the mental function after physical exercise and provides with the analysis.The research shows that physical exercise is an effective means on promoting female students' mental health,demonstrated in affectiue stvategies,self-improvement,social adaptation and the toughing out of one's will.
