摘要
目的:合成二羟基苯甲酰腙化合物,对其体外清除自由基活性进行研究并通过半数抑制浓度(IC50)比较化合物清除自由基活性的强弱。方法:以2-羟基苯甲酰肼为原料,与取代芳香醛缩合反应制得2个二羟基苯甲酰腙化合物;用邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法测定目标化合物清除羟自由基(·OH)的活性,用DPPH法中的静力学法测定其清除2,2-二苯基-1-苦基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)的活性并计算相应的IC50值。结果:合成了未见文献报道的2个二羟基苯甲酰腙化合物,且具有较强的清除·OH、DPPH·的能力。结论:所合成的目标化合物均有一定的清除自由基的能力,具有进一步研究的价值。
Objective:To synthesize dihydroxy benzoyl acylhydrazone compounds,and to exploit the ability of these compounds to scavenge free radicals by their values of 50% concentration of inhibition(IC50).Methods:2-hydroxybenzene-1-carbohydrazide as raw material was obtained by condensation reaction to synthesize two dihydroxy benzoyl acylhydrazone compounds.The ability of the target compounds to scavenge free radicals was determined using hydroxyl radical(·OH)and DPPH· system,and the corresponding numerical value of IC50 was calculated. Results:Two compounds first reported were synthesized,and could scavenge ·OH and DPPH· effectively.Conclusion:The target compounds synthesized have a certain degree of scavenging activity to free radicals,and further study is necessary.
