A NEW MATERIAL FOR CYTOPLASMIC INBERIEANCE EXPERIMENT—NANCHONG YELLOWLISH BARLEY

文介绍的南黄大麦,叶浅黄色,经与叶绿色的大麦进行正反交试验,F_1代叶色的性状不同,均表现母本性状,浅黄色叶的自交或杂交后代,有少数绿色植株出现,具有典型的细胞质遗传的特点,是一个珍贵的、难得的研究细胞质遗传的新材料。

After doing ceeiprocal cross experiment between Nanchong yellowish barley with yellowish leaves and green leaf barley, it can be see that leaf character ot F1 is the same as the maternal character. Next generation of inbreding or hybriding of Nanchong yellowish barley has appeared some green berley. This has typical characters of cytoplasmic inberieance. Therefore, Nanchong yellowish barley is a new and rare miaterial for studing cytoplasmic inbreieance.
