CuO/CNTs的制备及其对双基推进剂燃烧的催化作用 被引量:16

摘要 以醋酸铜和碳纳米管为原料,在常压和100℃下,用溶胶浸渍法制备出CuO/CNTs复合纳米催化剂,采用XRD、TEM等对CuO/CNTs进行了表征,并考察了其对双基推进剂燃烧的催化作用。结果表明,纳米CuO以8~10nm的椭球形粒子和长度50nm、宽度5nm的棒状粒子两种形态附着在碳纳米管表面。CuO/CNTs复合纳米催化剂可显著改善双基推进剂的燃烧性能,使其燃速大幅提高,压强指数降低。在6MPa、质量分数为2.5%时,该催化剂使推进剂的燃速从5.20mm/s提高到11.77mm/s,提高了115%;在16~22MPa出现平台燃烧,在该压强范围内的压强指数从0.617降低至0.238。 CuO/CNTs composite catalyst was prepared by sol-infusion method under normal pressure and low temperature(100℃) using cupric acetate and carbon nanotubes as the reactant.The catalyst was characterized with XRD and TEM.The catalytic performance of the CuO/CNTs on the combustion of double-base propellant was investigated.The TEM result showed that CuO nanoparticles were attached on carbon nanotubes in two morphologies.One was oval with 8-10 nm in diameter,the other was sheetlike morphology with 5 nm in width and 50 nm in length.The CuO/CNTs can remarkably increase the burning rate of double-base propellant and obviously decrease its pressure exponent.2.5% CuO/CNTs make the burning rate of double-base propellant increase from 5.20 mm·s-1 to 11.17 mm·s-1(6 MPa),approximately 115%,and double-base propellant reveal the plateall combustion and pressure exponent decrease from 0.617 to 0.238 under the pressure between 16-22 MPa.
