华港104平1疏松砂岩水平井钻完井技术 被引量:3

摘要 针对苏北盆地华港浅层疏松砂岩油藏埋深浅,单层薄,岩石胶结松散的地质特征,系统分析了水平井施工的主要技术难点;同时结合该工区第1口浅层疏松砂岩油藏水平井——华港104平1井的成功实践经验,详细介绍了井眼轨道和井身结构优化设计、无渗透聚合物混油钻井液、精密滤砂管裸眼防砂和套管相结合的分段完井工艺、双凝—膨胀—早强水泥浆体系等关键技术以及施工过程中轨迹控制、钻进、固井等重点工艺措施。实践表明,这一系列关键技术和工艺措施能够有效保障疏松砂岩油藏水平井的顺利实施,并取得了较好的应用效果,为今后该油藏的高效开发起到了借鉴作用。 Aiming at the characters of thin oil layer,shallow burying depth,unconsolidated sandstone reservoir of north Jiangsu,Huagang,this paper systematically analyses the major operation technical difficulties.Combined with the successful operation practice of the first horizontal well,Huagang-104P1 well,this paper also introduces the key technique in detail,includes the well trajectory well structure optimization design,the inpermeable polymer oil drilling fluid,the section completion technics of accurate sand prevention screen connected with casing,high early cement system of double solidification expansion,as well as the major technological measures for operation.It has proved by the practices that this series of key technology and measures guaranteed the operation of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir horizontal well.and plays a good reference for the efficient development of future similar reservoir.
