航空维修技术人才培养模式探索与研究

人才培养模式是制约高等教育发展和提高人才培养的根本问题之一,也是高等教育改革的关键问题之一。针对目前航空维修人才紧缺难题,分析了我国航空维修人才的培养现状与存在的问题,同时根据沈阳航空航天大学对于航空航天技术人才培养特色及所取得的经验,提出航空维修人才培养模式,以推进厂校、国际合作办学,深化高等学校人才培养模式的改革。

Training Mode is one of the fundamental issues to restrict higher education development and personnel training,also one of the key issues of higher education reform.Focus on the current aviation maintenance personnel shortage problems,after analyzing of Chinese aviation maintenance personnel training status and problems,based on characteristics and the aeronautics and technology training experience of Shenyang Aerospace University,this paper suggested some aviation maintenance training model、ways to promote company and school cooperation、ways to promote international cooperation、ways to deepen the higher personnel training mode reform.
