摘要
建设发展旅游公共服务体系,对于推动旅游业满足大众化旅游消费需求、转变旅游行政管理模式、推进城市化进程都具有重要的影响。从系统工程的角度探讨了辽宁省旅游公共服务体系的系统构建与保障机制。
The development of tourism public service system is meaningful for promoting tourism industry,satisfying popular tourist consumption demand,transferring tourist administration management mode and promoting urbanization progress.This paper put forward construction ways and safeguard mechanism of tourism public services in Liaoning province by introduction of system engineering approach.
