Creation of a study-oriented CCP community is the requirement of external world environment,the curent economic society and construction of CCP.So it is essential to establish a scientific meaning for study-oriented CCP community by the combination of meanings of learning community and CCP community.Then,it is strongly recommended to enhance the competitiveness of a study-oriented CCP community by directing learning activities,building and perfecting learning institutions and innovating learning methods.
