针对常用的塑料包装材料及特性、食品用塑料包装材料主要安全问题、有关塑料包装材料检测标准和方法,分析塑料包装材料对食品安全的影响。

With the continuing rapid development of China＇s economy and improving living standard of people,there is growing emphasis on food safety and sanitation. Food packaging,as an important component of food,its safety and health is received wide attention. The plastic packaging materials and their characteristics,major food safety issues of plastic packaging materials,as well as the testing standards and methods of plastic packaging materials,and the effect of plastic packaging materials on food safety are discussed.
