摘要 无损光电检测技术已被广泛应用于工业、农业及其他领域中。文章介绍了红外光谱、拉曼光谱、机器视觉、超声波、X射线以及电子鼻和电子舌等6个方面的无损光电检测技术原理,分析了无损光电检测技术的国内外研究现状、化学计量学实现算法和应用过程中要解决的关键技术,在此基础上,展望了无损光电检测技术的应用前景。 Opto-electronics non-destructive testing technology is widely used and plays an important role in the fields of industry,agriculture and other fields.This paper introduces the opto-electronics non-destructive testing principles of infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,machine vision,ultrasonic testing technology,X-ray technology,electronic noses and tongues.The research status at home and abroad,chemomtrics algorithm and the existing problems of these six testing technologies are discussed.Then,the developing trend of opto-electronics non-destructive testing technology is proposed.
