摘要
近年来,随着城区面积的快速扩张和新建站点线路的完工,长沙城区配网互联率逐年下降。针对该问题,长沙局调度所结合日常调度管理工作,展开了考虑供电可靠性的配网结果优化专题研究。通过分析长沙配网互联存在的问题以及重载、过载线路出现的规律,在日常工作中根据线路实际情况,结合配网规划、市政建设、度夏工程、大修技改工程,优化配网结构,对提高2009年长沙配网运行可靠性起到了良好的效果。
In recent years,interconnection ration of distribution network has been kept decreasing with the expansion of city and construction of new substations and feeders.Network reconfiguration is applied to enhance reliability of the distribution network.Based on thorough investigation of feeder in heavy loaded and overloaded probabilities,as well as corresponding difficulties,the control center implemented network reconfiguration considering distribution network planning,municipal construction,and retrofitting activity.Enhancement in reliability index validates effect of the work.
