摘要 大唐华银金竹山火力发电有限公司3号锅炉系世界上首台燃用无烟煤600MW超临界W型火焰锅炉。该锅炉在带负荷试运初期出现分级风管和冷灰斗护板烧红的现象,需要指出的是同类型亚临界W型火焰锅炉也出现类似问题,其主要原因是拱上燃烧器一次风和二次风刚性较强、下冲行程较长、分级风量偏低,导致分级风及以下区域炉膛温度过高。通过采取增加氧量、开大分级风挡板开度,降低拱上燃烧器风速等措施,该问题得到有效解决。 The first 600MW Supercritical "W" flame boiler in the world was put into operation at Jinzhushan Power Plant.Grading air duct and bottom ash hopper casing were overheated during the start-up commissioning under load of the boiler.It should be pointed out that such problems occurred in 600MW subcritical "W" flame boilers at other power plants.The main reasons which resulted in the high temperature of grading air and its lower area in the furnace were the higher toughness of primary and secondary air of the burner and longer piping and less volume of grading air.It was solved by increasing the oxygen volume,opening wide the grading air damper,lowering speed of the primary air.
