摘要
以某实际工程为背景,通过与整浇混凝土试件进行比较,对凿毛、开槽、植筋三种不同结合面处理方法的新旧混凝土粘结试件进行了结合面抗剪性能的现场试验研究。描述了试验过程和现象。分析了各种结合面处理方法下新旧混凝土之间的结合程度,提出了切槽和植筋对结合面抗剪强度提高的经验公式。最后,对如何保证新旧混凝土结合面的抗剪强度提出的意见,可供工程实践参考。
Taking a practical project as the background,the field-test study on shearing property of the bonding interface between new and old concrete was carried out with three different disposal methods,namely dabbing,cutting groove and planting steel bar.The test procedure and phenomenon were described in detail.The degree of combination between old and new concrete was analyzed in this paper,and the correspondingempirical formula was obtained.Based on that,some suggestions about how to ensure the shearing strength of the bonding interface between new and old concrete were proposed for engineering practice.
