No.1 MMC-DIIQ train sampler of Qiaotou aluminium Electricity Corporation Secondary branch has been put into operation,and coal flowback machine frequently occurred failures and caused the device in shutdown state.The paper analyzes the failure factor and formulates the upgrading scheme,it solves the failure of coal flowback machine,and improves the normal investment rate of sampling train.
