Chomsky＇s TG theory,as one of the main stream linguistic school,has a great influence on the development of linguistics.Based on the introduction of ＂case theory＂ and ＂theta theory＂ of TG,the ＂passive construction＂ and ＂non-accusitive phenomenon＂ in English and Chinese is analyzed to solve the puzzles of the language learners.
