摘要
美国为了提高基础教育质量,选择了一些学校作为示范中学,在这些学校进行教学改革实验,希望这些学校可以发挥辐射带头作用,推动整个中学教育质量的提高。普瑞斯学校就是实验比较成功的一所学校,该校采取了延长教学时间,增加对学生的个别指导,加强学校与家庭和社会的配合等措施,这些措施产生了很好的效果。同时该校的规模、财政投入、硬件设备和生源等办学条件和普通中学相仿,这样就增加了该校的示范性。对普瑞斯学校示范性研究进行分析,可以对我国的示范中学的辐射作用研究和实验提供启示。
To improve the quality of basic education,some middle schools are chosen as model schools,in which education reform is applied.It is hoped that those models will set leading example so as to improve the overall education quality.Preuss school is one of the successful cases.The efficient methods include lengthening teaching time,individual tutoring,cooperation among school,family,and society.Since there is no difference between the model schools and others in terms of scale,funding,instrument,and student resource,the model is spreadable.The research on Preuss school will offer a practical reference for China's model schools.
