摘要
新课程改革在各个方面推动着教育改革的不断深入,对教师的角色定位也有了新的要求,新的课程理念与课程评价观要求必须建立与之相适应的教师评价体系,从而促进教师专业发展与提高教学效能,推动新课程改革的顺利进行。文章提出评价标准的科学化,全面性,评价过程的动态发展性,评价主体的多元化是构建教师评价体系要考虑的主要方面。
To promote the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform in various fields,there are new requirements for the role of teacher.The new curriculum philosophy and evaluztion call for a evaluation system to promote teachers' professional development and teaching efficiency.It is proposed to establish a dynamic evaluation system,scientific and complete.The multiple subjects of evaluation should be a main concern for the system.
