柠檬酸成品易碳测定主要影响因素研究

分别研究了不同测定温度、硫酸浓度、硫酸本身的吸光值对分光光度法测定柠檬酸成品易碳的影响,结果表明:测定温度对碳化后样品的吸光值影响不大,但对标准溶液的吸光值影响较大;硫酸浓度对易碳结果影响较大,同一个样品,不同的硫酸浓度测定的易碳结果差距较大;以水做空白,分析纯硫酸本身及按照易碳操作处理后均没有吸光值,确定了影响柠檬酸易碳结果的不是硫酸本身的颜色及所含易碳物质,而是硫酸的浓度。

The influence in easy carbon detection of the citric acid using spectrophotometry is studied. It included different testing temperature, acid concentration, acid absorbency for itself. The results showed that the temperature had little influence in the absorbency, but it influenced the Standard solution more. The concentration of sulphuric acid had great influence.
