摘要
目的探讨青海麻花艽根、茎、叶三个不同部位8种微量元素含量测定方法。方法采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)法建立青海麻花艽根、茎、叶中钙、铜、铁、锰、锌、镁、铅、镉8种微量元素的测定方法。结果该方法的相对标准偏差介于1.5%~2.21%,平均回收率在97%-99.3%之间,分析结果令人满意。结论建立的方法、快速、准确灵敏度高。
Objective To establish a new determination method of eight trace elements in three portions of Gentiana straminea Maxim. from Qinghai province. Methods Determination of trace elements such as Ca, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, Mg, Pb, Cd in Gentiana straminea Maxim. by using microwave digestion- FAAS. Results The relative standard deviation of the method was between 1.50% -2.21% and the recovery was between 97% and 99.3%. Analytical results were satisfactory. Conclusion This method shows higher sensitivity, fastness and accuracy.
