摘要
随着我国改革开放步伐的不断加快、经济建设力度的不断加大以及外国人的大量涌入,外国人在广东犯罪不断增加,特别是近年来外国人到广东从事毒品犯罪的现象尤其严重。针对涉外毒品犯罪的严峻形势,需要根据涉外毒品犯罪的特点、原因,采取制定专项管理法规、加强涉外情报建设、建立联动工作机制、提高缉毒科技含量、加强出租屋管理等措施来遏制涉外毒品犯罪的发展,以维护社会的和谐与稳定。
With the accelerating pace of China＇s reform and opening up and economic construction,the influx of foreigners and the crimes of foreigners in Guangdong have been increasing continuously.In recent years,the foreigners engaged in drug crime are especially serious.Facing the grim situation of foreign-related drug crimes,measures should be taken to frame special management regulations,to strengthen the foreign intelligence,to establish a joint working mechanism,to improve technology content of cracking down drug crimes,to strengthen management of rental house according to the characteristics and causes of concerning foreign drug crimes.It is hoped that the social harmony and stability is thus maintained in China.
