摘要
采用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS提供的模型力学计算工具及其逐行解释性的APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language)参数化设计语言,对300t转炉倾动力矩进行了分析、计算,绘出了转炉倾动力矩曲线,并对倾动力矩进行优化,对耳轴位置确定提供了可靠依据,对转炉设计具有较重要的参考价值。
This paper analyzes and calculates the tilting moment of 300t converter with the calculation tool of model mechanics and a scripting parametric design languages APDL supported by finite element analysis software ANSYS. It presents the moment curve, optimizes the moment, and provides the reliable causes for trunnion position confirming. It has the important reference value to converter design.
