摘要
高速剑杆织机各个机构之间的运动具有一定的联系,也具有相对的独立性,控制参数也比较繁多,基于西门子S7—200控制器的主从站控制方式,根据织物品种和织造工艺的需要,能够快速、方便的设定和调整织机各种工艺参数,自动化程度高,满足了剑杆织机的高速、高效和对织物广泛适应性的要求.
Each movement of high-speed rapier has some connections also with relative independence, so control parameters are relatively diverse. This paper presents a controller based on Siemens S7-200 master slave control, which can set and adjust various process parameters quickly and easily to the need of fabric weaving process variety with high degree of automation, meeting the requirements of speed, efficiency, and wide adaptability of high-speed rapier.
