The Research of Photoelectric Color Sorter's Control System Based on Machine Vision

摘要 设计一个基于机器视觉的光电色选机控制系统,在研究光电色选机工作原理和工作过程的基础上,设计一种主从式双CPU控制的色选机控制系统.采用ARM作为整个系统的主控制CPU,采用DSP作为光电检测信号的运算CPU,构成主从协同工作的双CPU结构,共同完成色选机控制系统的各种数据处理和控制功能,以提高系统的整体性能和对数据的快速处理能力. In this paper a control system on photoelectric color sorter based on machine vision is designed, and the features of image capture block, image processing block and system interface block are analyzed. Based on the investigation of working principles and working process of photoelectric color sorter, a control system in the master-slave mode controlled by double CPU is designed. ARM is applied as the master CPU to control the whole system and DSP as the slave CPU to operate the photoelectric detecting signal, thus forming the double CPU structure which can perform a variety of data manipulations and control functions to enhance the whole performance of the system and the rapid processing capacity of data.
